These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed by individuals (the Customer) on behalf of pupils of the School with Impack for the supply of uniform as specified by them.
1.1). The purchase contract is between the Customer and Impack and not with the School.
1.2). All queries should be directed to Impack at the address given below.
2. Payment & Title
2.1). Any shortfall in payment will result in an incomplete order being supplied until such time as the shortfall is made good.
2.2). Any bank charges incurred due to non-payment of a remittance, for whatever reason, will become the liability of the Customer.
2.3). Ownership of goods will only transfer to the Customer when payment has been secured in full.
2.4). Impack reserves the right to amend prices without notice but with the agreement of the School.
2.5). Please ensure that all financial transactions are completed successfully as Impack will not advise of any failed transactions.
3.1) Goods for return, unless defective, must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase. Impack reserves the right to refuse the return of goods if they are not considered fit for resale.
3.2). All goods should be laundered strictly in accordance with the care label attached to the goods.
3.3). Defective goods will only be exchanged or refunded when Impack are satisfied as to the validity of the defect.
3.4). Absolute consistency of sizes, materials, colours and shades cannot be guaranteed.
3.5). Impack reserves the right to modify the specification of goods without notice but with the agreement of the School.
4.1). All orders are accepted subject to availability. Impack will endeavour to deliver goods within a reasonable time.
4.2) Notification of any shortages must be made within 3 days of receipt of delivery.
4.3) If delivery has not been received within 3 weeks of placing the order, Impack should be notified. No claims can be accepted beyond this time.
